Već se dugo piše o krizi u građevinarstvu i na tržištu nekretnina u Njemačkoj. Međutim ovo je prvi put nakon nekoliko godina da njemačka građevinska industrija očekuje gubitak radnih mjesta u tom sektoru.

"Za 2024. očekujemo značajan pad od oko 30.000 radnih mjesta s daljnjim potencijalom pada", rekao je predsjednik Središnjeg udruženja njemačke građevinske industrije (ZDB) Wolfgang Schubert-Raab.

U posljednjem desetljeću otvoreno je 220.000 novih radnih mjesta u građevinarstvu. Krajem 2023. očekuje se pad broja zaposlenih. Razlog je, kažu u ZDB-u, veliki pad narudžbi u stanogradnji, gdje rastuće kamate odbijaju investitore i privatne graditelje.

Sve ovo stavlja veliki pritisak i na prodaju nekretnina. "Stambena izgradnja pada realno za jedanaest posto ove godine i nastavit će pad u 2024. s minus 13 posto", rekao je Schubert-Raab, piše Fenix-magazin.

Građevinska industrija ove godine očekuje prodaju od 162,5 milijardi eura, za koju se očekuje da će sljedeće godine pasti na 154 milijarde eura. Realno gledano – tj. usklađeno za promjene cijena – to odgovara minusu od 5,3 posto u 2023. i minusu od 3,0 posto u 2024.

"Kao što se i očekivalo, kombinacija naglo povećanih troškova izgradnje i financiranja ostavila je traga, posebice u stambenoj gradnji", kažu u ZDB-u.

Ove godine očekuje se izgradnja samo 271.000 stambenih jedinica.

"Pad prema dolje se nastavlja", rekao je Schubert-Raab. "Na temelju trenutačnih uvjeta ulaganja, očekujemo da će do 2024. godine biti dovršeno samo 235.000 stambenih jedinica."

To znači da je cilj Vlade od 400.000 novih stanova godišnje jako daleko, navode njemački mediji.

Već se dugo piše o krizi u građevinarstvu i na tržištu nekretnina u Njemačkoj. Međutim ovo je prvi put nakon nekoliko godina da njemačka građevinska industrija očekuje gubitak radnih mjesta u tom sektoru.

"Za 2024. očekujemo značajan pad od oko 30.000 radnih mjesta s daljnjim potencijalom pada", rekao je predsjednik Središnjeg udruženja njemačke građevinske industrije (ZDB) Wolfgang Schubert-Raab.

U posljednjem desetljeću otvoreno je 220.000 novih radnih mjesta u građevinarstvu. Krajem 2023. očekuje se pad broja zaposlenih. Razlog je, kažu u ZDB-u, veliki pad narudžbi u stanogradnji, gdje rastuće kamate odbijaju investitore i privatne graditelje.

Sve ovo stavlja veliki pritisak i na prodaju nekretnina. "Stambena izgradnja pada realno za jedanaest posto ove godine i nastavit će pad u 2024. s minus 13 posto", rekao je Schubert-Raab, piše Fenix-magazin.

Građevinska industrija ove godine očekuje prodaju od 162,5 milijardi eura, za koju se očekuje da će sljedeće godine pasti na 154 milijarde eura. Realno gledano – tj. usklađeno za promjene cijena – to odgovara minusu od 5,3 posto u 2023. i minusu od 3,0 posto u 2024.

"Kao što se i očekivalo, kombinacija naglo povećanih troškova izgradnje i financiranja ostavila je traga, posebice u stambenoj gradnji", kažu u ZDB-u.

Ove godine očekuje se izgradnja samo 271.000 stambenih jedinica.

"Pad prema dolje se nastavlja", rekao je Schubert-Raab. "Na temelju trenutačnih uvjeta ulaganja, očekujemo da će do 2024. godine biti dovršeno samo 235.000 stambenih jedinica."

To znači da je cilj Vlade od 400.000 novih stanova godišnje jako daleko, navode njemački mediji.
