Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) objavio je danas na svojim službenim stranicama nove preporuke vezano uz cijepljenje protiv COVID-a 19 u Hrvatskoj. U preporukama je navedeno kako docjepljivanje trećom odnosno booster dozom prije isteka roka od 6 mjeseci nije pogrešno te da se doza primljena najmanje tri mjeseca nakon druge doze priznaje se kao docjepna doza.
U nadopunjenoj preporuci, odnosno u izmjenama navodi se kako je cjepivo Comirnaty, odnosno Pfizer, odobreno za primjenu djece od 5 do 11 godina.
Docjepljivanje
U dijelu preporuke u kojem se govori o docjepljivanju navodi se da ima sve više dokaza o slabljenju zaštite od infekcije nakon primitka primarne sheme cijepljenja, neovisno o vrsti primijenjenog cjepiva, da je slabljenje od zaštite od infekcije uočenju u svim dobnim skupinama, da ima sve više dokaza o tome da primjena dodatne doze poboljšava razinu zaštite, te da je stoga preporučljivo docjepljivanje protiv bolesti COVID-19.
U preporuci stoji da se osobama starijima od 18 godina, koje su primarno cijepljenje završile cjepivima Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer (Comirnaty), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), preporučuje se docjepljivanje jednom dozom po isteku šest mjeseci od završetka primarnog cijepljenja.
Iz HZJZ-a navode kako nije pogrešno docjepljivanje prije isteka roka od šest mjeseci.
“Treća doza koja je primijenjena najmanje tri mjeseca nakon druge doze priznaje se kao docjepna doza”, stoji u novoj preporuci.
Preporuke za cijepljenje i docjepljivanje osoba koje su preboljele COVID-19
Osobama koje su preboljele COVID-19, neovisno je li osoba cijepljena prije obolijevanja, iz HZJZ-a, stručno preporučuju da najmanje šest mjeseci nakon preboljenja prime najmanje jednu dozu cjepiva, a prihvatljivo je i primiti cijelo primarno cijepljenje, u skladu s preporukama, uz mogućnost većeg razmaka između doza.
“Nije pogrešno primiti cjepivo niti s razmakom manjim od šest mjeseci. Pravila za izdavanje digitalnih COVID potvrda nisu, nažalost, usklađena sa stručnim preporukama, tako da ako osoba želi dobiti digitalnu COVID potvrdu na temelju jedne doze nakon preboljenja, treba primiti tu jednu dozu unutar 180 dana od pozitivnog PCR testa”, kazali su iz HZJZ-a.

Hrvatski zavod za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) objavio je danas na svojim službenim stranicama nove preporuke vezano uz cijepljenje protiv COVID-a 19 u Hrvatskoj. U preporukama je navedeno kako docjepljivanje trećom odnosno booster dozom prije isteka roka od 6 mjeseci nije pogrešno te da se doza primljena najmanje tri mjeseca nakon druge doze priznaje se kao docjepna doza.
U nadopunjenoj preporuci, odnosno u izmjenama navodi se kako je cjepivo Comirnaty, odnosno Pfizer, odobreno za primjenu djece od 5 do 11 godina.
Docjepljivanje
U dijelu preporuke u kojem se govori o docjepljivanju navodi se da ima sve više dokaza o slabljenju zaštite od infekcije nakon primitka primarne sheme cijepljenja, neovisno o vrsti primijenjenog cjepiva, da je slabljenje od zaštite od infekcije uočenju u svim dobnim skupinama, da ima sve više dokaza o tome da primjena dodatne doze poboljšava razinu zaštite, te da je stoga preporučljivo docjepljivanje protiv bolesti COVID-19.
U preporuci stoji da se osobama starijima od 18 godina, koje su primarno cijepljenje završile cjepivima Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer (Comirnaty), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), preporučuje se docjepljivanje jednom dozom po isteku šest mjeseci od završetka primarnog cijepljenja.
Iz HZJZ-a navode kako nije pogrešno docjepljivanje prije isteka roka od šest mjeseci.
“Treća doza koja je primijenjena najmanje tri mjeseca nakon druge doze priznaje se kao docjepna doza”, stoji u novoj preporuci.
Preporuke za cijepljenje i docjepljivanje osoba koje su preboljele COVID-19
Osobama koje su preboljele COVID-19, neovisno je li osoba cijepljena prije obolijevanja, iz HZJZ-a, stručno preporučuju da najmanje šest mjeseci nakon preboljenja prime najmanje jednu dozu cjepiva, a prihvatljivo je i primiti cijelo primarno cijepljenje, u skladu s preporukama, uz mogućnost većeg razmaka između doza.
“Nije pogrešno primiti cjepivo niti s razmakom manjim od šest mjeseci.
