Zbog osnovane sumnje u pokušaj ubojstva, dežurni sudac istrage dubrovačkog Županijskog suda odredio je istražni zatvor u trajanju do 30 dana studentu B. P. (22) iz Mokošice. Nakon provedene kriminalističke istrage od strane inspektora PU dubrovačko- neretvanske, sudac istrage je navedenu mjeru izrekao za pokušaj ubojstva do kojeg je došlo u ranim jutarnjim satima u subotu 7. kolovoza oko 4,10 sati na Pilama. Istog dana je protiv osumnjičenika Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava, a u nedjelju navečer oko 22 sata je predat pritvorskom nadzorniku u Villa Palmu te je jutros ispitan u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu, na prijedlog kojeg je u Istražnom centru dubrovačkog Županijskog suda i određen istražni zatvor.

Pokušaju ubojstva prethodila je kratka prepirka studenta sa sugrađaninom P.M. (26) koji je sjedio na kamenom zidiću pored mosta. Naime, iz dubrovačke PU smo doznali kako je grupa mladića izlazila iz povijesne jezgre Grada. Došlo je do kraće prepirke nakon koje je osumnjičenik uhvatio P.M. za noge i gurnuo ga s zida i visine od 4 metra u park u Pilama. Tom je prilikom P.M. zadobio teške i po život opasne ozljede mozga i prsnog koša zbog kojih je smješten na Odjel intenzivne njege Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.

Istražni je zatvor određen zbog opasnosti od mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela te utjecaja na svjedoke koji su, zapravo, u ranim jutarnjim satima bili u društvu s pritvorenim osumnjičenikom. Zanimljiv je i podatak kako je događaj snimljen s ukupno četiri nadzorne- video- kamere.

Prema posljednjim dostupnim i neslužbeno potvrđenim podacima, ozlijeđeni mladić se nalazi izvan životne opasnosti.

Zbog osnovane sumnje u pokušaj ubojstva, dežurni sudac istrage dubrovačkog Županijskog suda odredio je istražni zatvor u trajanju do 30 dana studentu B. P. (22) iz Mokošice. Nakon provedene kriminalističke istrage od strane inspektora PU dubrovačko- neretvanske, sudac istrage je navedenu mjeru izrekao za pokušaj ubojstva do kojeg je došlo u ranim jutarnjim satima u subotu 7. kolovoza oko 4,10 sati na Pilama. Istog dana je protiv osumnjičenika Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava, a u nedjelju navečer oko 22 sata je predat pritvorskom nadzorniku u Villa Palmu te je jutros ispitan u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu, na prijedlog kojeg je u Istražnom centru dubrovačkog Županijskog suda i određen istražni zatvor.

Pokušaju ubojstva prethodila je kratka prepirka studenta sa sugrađaninom P.M. (26) koji je sjedio na kamenom zidiću pored mosta. Naime, iz dubrovačke PU smo doznali kako je grupa mladića izlazila iz povijesne jezgre Grada. Došlo je do kraće prepirke nakon koje je osumnjičenik uhvatio P.M. za noge i gurnuo ga s zida i visine od 4 metra u park u Pilama. Tom je prilikom P.M. zadobio teške i po život opasne ozljede mozga i prsnog koša zbog kojih je smješten na Odjel intenzivne njege Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.

Istražni je zatvor određen zbog opasnosti od mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela te utjecaja na svjedoke koji su, zapravo, u ranim jutarnjim satima bili u društvu s pritvorenim osumnjičenikom. Zanimljiv je i podatak kako je događaj snimljen s ukupno četiri nadzorne- video- kamere.

Prema posljednjim dostupnim i neslužbeno potvrđenim podacima, ozlijeđeni mladić se nalazi izvan životne opasnosti.

Zbog pokušaja ubojstva na Pilama, studentu iz Mokošice određen istražni zatvor

Zbog osnovane sumnje u pokušaj ubojstva, dežurni sudac istrage dubrovačkog Županijskog suda odredio je istražni zatvor u trajanju do 30 dana studentu B. P. (22) iz Mokošice. Nakon provedene kriminalističke istrage od strane inspektora PU dubrovačko- neretvanske, sudac istrage je navedenu mjeru izrekao za pokušaj ubojstva do kojeg je došlo u ranim jutarnjim satima u subotu 7. kolovoza oko 4,10 sati na Pilama. Istog dana je protiv osumnjičenika Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu podnesena kaznena prijava, a u nedjelju navečer oko 22 sata je predat pritvorskom nadzorniku u Villa Palmu te je jutros ispitan u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu, na prijedlog kojeg je u Istražnom centru dubrovačkog Županijskog suda i određen istražni zatvor.

Pokušaju ubojstva prethodila je kratka prepirka studenta sa sugrađaninom P.M. (26) koji je sjedio na kamenom zidiću pored mosta. Naime, iz dubrovačke PU smo doznali kako je grupa mladića izlazila iz povijesne jezgre Grada. Došlo je do kraće prepirke nakon koje je osumnjičenik uhvatio P.M. za noge i gurnuo ga s zida i visine od 4 metra u park u Pilama. Tom je prilikom P.M. zadobio teške i po život opasne ozljede mozga i prsnog koša zbog kojih je smješten na Odjel intenzivne njege Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.

Istražni je zatvor određen zbog opasnosti od mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela te utjecaja na svjedoke koji su, zapravo, u ranim jutarnjim satima bili u društvu s pritvorenim osumnjičenikom. Zanimljiv je i podatak kako je događaj snimljen s ukupno četiri nadzorne- video- kamere.

Prema posljednjim dostupnim i neslužbeno potvrđenim podacima, ozlijeđeni mladić se nalazi izvan životne opasnosti.
