Slučaj paljenja mercedesa i pucanja u ugositeljski objekt, iz siječnja ove godine, na kraju je od Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Dubrovniku preuzeo USKOK.
Kako su priopćili, doneseno je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv četvorice hrvatskih državljana (2000., 1987., 1988., 1989.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja, sve temeljem rezultata istrage Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Dubrovniku te kaznene prijave PU dubrovačko-neretvanske.

"Osnovano se sumnja da su II. i III. okr., u razdoblju od prosinca 2022. godine do 11. siječnja 2023. na dubrovačkom području, povezali u zajedničko djelovanje IV. okr., a njegovim posredstvom i I. okr., s nakanom da se osvete dvojici muškaraca zbog sukoba oko dodjele koncesije na pomorskom dobru u Staroj gradskoj luci u Dubrovniku, a kako bi oni uslijed zastrašivanja i uništenja imovine odustali od natječaja za dodjelu te koncesije.
Istražni zatvor mladiću (23) koji je zapalio skupocjeno i luksuzno vozilo dubrovačkog poduzetnika!
U tu svrhu razradili su plan da zapale osobna vozila kojima se koristi jedan muškarac i oštete ugostiteljski objekt drugog muškarca, znajući pritom da se požar može proširiti te ugroziti druga vozila i obližnje zgrade, kao i zdravlje i živote stanara u tim zgradama i u ugostiteljskom objektu. Unatoč tome, II. i III. okr. su naložili IV. okr. da razbije i uništi ugostiteljski objekt te pronađe osobu koja će zapaliti osobna vozila. Sukladno nalogu, IV. okr. je iz pištolja ispalio četiri metka u ugostiteljski objekt, uslijed čega je razbijeno vanjsko staklo tog objekta. Potom je IV. okr., nakon što je I. okr. pokazao gdje su parkirana vozila koje treba zapaliti, zatražio od njega da ih zapali te mu je zauzvrat obećao otpisati dugovanje od 3.981,68 eura. Postupajući po tom traženju, I. okr. se 11. siječnja 2023. dovezao motociklom bez registarske oznake do parkiranih vozila te je zapalio jedno od njih uslijed čega je na vozilu nastala šteta u iznosu od 160.000,00 eura. Samo zahvaljujući brzoj reakciji stanara ulice u kojoj se vozilo nalazilo nisu zapaljena i obližnja vozila pa se vatra nije proširila na okolne zgrade niti su bili ugroženi životi njihovih stanara.

Na prijedlog USKOK-a, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odredio je istražni zatvor protiv trojice okrivljenika. Jedan okrivljenik od ranije se nalazi u istražnom zatvoru u drugom predmetu", priopćio je USKOK.

Slučaj paljenja mercedesa i pucanja u ugositeljski objekt, iz siječnja ove godine, na kraju je od Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Dubrovniku preuzeo USKOK.
Kako su priopćili, doneseno je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv četvorice hrvatskih državljana (2000., 1987., 1988., 1989.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela dovođenja u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja, sve temeljem rezultata istrage Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Dubrovniku te kaznene prijave PU dubrovačko-neretvanske.

"Osnovano se sumnja da su II. i III. okr., u razdoblju od prosinca 2022. godine do 11. siječnja 2023. na dubrovačkom području, povezali u zajedničko djelovanje IV. okr., a njegovim posredstvom i I. okr., s nakanom da se osvete dvojici muškaraca zbog sukoba oko dodjele koncesije na pomorskom dobru u Staroj gradskoj luci u Dubrovniku, a kako bi oni uslijed zastrašivanja i uništenja imovine odustali od natječaja za dodjelu te koncesije.
Istražni zatvor mladiću (23) koji je zapalio skupocjeno i luksuzno vozilo dubrovačkog poduzetnika!
U tu svrhu razradili su plan da zapale osobna vozila kojima se koristi jedan muškarac i oštete ugostiteljski objekt drugog muškarca, znajući pritom da se požar može proširiti te ugroziti druga vozila i obližnje zgrade, kao i zdravlje i živote stanara u tim zgradama i u ugostiteljskom objektu. Unatoč tome, II. i III. okr. su naložili IV. okr. da razbije i uništi ugostiteljski objekt te pronađe osobu koja će zapaliti osobna vozila. Sukladno nalogu, IV. okr. je iz pištolja ispalio četiri metka u ugostiteljski objekt, uslijed čega je razbijeno vanjsko staklo tog objekta. Potom je IV. okr., nakon što je I. okr. pokazao gdje su parkirana vozila koje treba zapaliti, zatražio od njega da ih zapali te mu je zauzvrat obećao otpisati dugovanje od 3.981,68 eura. Postupajući po tom traženju, I. okr. se 11. siječnja 2023. dovezao motociklom bez registarske oznake do parkiranih vozila te je zapalio jedno od njih uslijed čega je na vozilu nastala šteta u iznosu od 160.000,00 eura. Samo zahvaljujući brzoj reakciji stanara ulice u kojoj se vozilo nalazilo nisu zapaljena i obližnja vozila pa se vatra nije proširila na okolne zgrade niti su bili ugroženi životi njihovih stanara.

Na prijedlog USKOK-a, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odredio je istražni zatvor protiv trojice okrivljenika. Jedan okrivljenik od ranije se nalazi u istražnom zatvoru u drugom predmetu", priopćio je USKOK.
