U proteklom tjednu na području Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske zabilježeno je ukupno 37 prometnih nesreća u kojoj je jedna osoba smrtno stradala, 16 prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je 10 osoba teško, a 10 osoba je lakše ozlijeđeno, dok je s materijalnom štetom zabilježeno 20 prometnih nesreća.

Broj poduzetih mjera prometne policije

Provodeći mjere kontrole prometa, policijski službenici su protiv počinitelja prometnih prekršaja poduzeli 910 represivnih mjera od kojih izdvajamo mjere poduzete prema osobama, počiniteljima prekršaja koji su najčešći uzročnici težih prometnih nesreća tzv. "četiri ubojice u prometu" te su tako 364 osobe sankcionirane zbog prekoračenja dopuštene brzine kretanja, 64 mjere su poduzete prema osobama koje nisu koristile sigurnosni pojas, a 30 osoba je prekršajno sankcionirano zbog vožnje u alkoholiziranom stanju. Zbog nepropisne uporabe mobitela tijekom vožnje sankcionirana je 21 osoba.

Od ostalih prekršaja izdvajamo 99 mjera poduzetih zbog nepropisnog pretjecanja i 115 mjera poduzetih zbog nepropisnog zaustavljanja i parkiranja.

Najveća koncentracija alkohola zabilježena je na Korčuli

Najveća koncentracija alkohola od 2,44 g/kg izmjerena je 39-godišnjaku koji je zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa u ranim jutarnjim satima u utorak, 01. kolovoza na području grada Korčule. Vozač koji je upravljao osobnim automobilom slovenskih registarskih oznaka nije se zaustavio na zvučne i svjetlosne signale policijskih službenika, nije imao važeću prometnu i vozačku dozvolu, nije koristio sigurnosti pojas te je prilikom upravljanja vozilom počinio prekršaj nepoštivanja postavljenog prometnog znaka, je uhićen i smješten je u prostorije policije do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva, nakon čega je uz Optužni prijedlog doveden nadležnom Općinskom sudu u Korčuli.

Najveća novčana kazna izrečena je na Korčuli

Najveća novčana kazna u iznosu od 2770 Eura izrečena je 24-godišnjem vozaču koji je zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa dana 01. kolovoza u kasnim večernjim satima u Korčuli. Vozač je zatečen kako upravlja osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka za vrijeme zabrane upravljanja vozilima "B" kategorije, te za vrijeme vožnje nije koristio sigurnosni pojas. Također je odbio ispitivanje na prisutnost droga u organizmu. Poradi počinjenja navedenih prekršaja, isti je uhićen i doveden u prostorije policije. S obzirom da se radi o recidivistu prometnih prekršaja, od strane policijskih službenika istom je privremeno oduzeto vozilo. Vozač je uz Optužni prijedlog doveden nadležnom Općinskom sudu u Korčuli koji mu je odredio spomenutu novčanu kaznu i zaštitnu mjeru zabrane upravljanja vozilima "B" kategorije u trajanju 12 mjeseci. Navedeno je najveća novčana kazna u proteklom tjednu.

U proteklom tjednu na području Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske zabilježeno je ukupno 37 prometnih nesreća u kojoj je jedna osoba smrtno stradala, 16 prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je 10 osoba teško, a 10 osoba je lakše ozlijeđeno, dok je s materijalnom štetom zabilježeno 20 prometnih nesreća.

Broj poduzetih mjera prometne policije

Provodeći mjere kontrole prometa, policijski službenici su protiv počinitelja prometnih prekršaja poduzeli 910 represivnih mjera od kojih izdvajamo mjere poduzete prema osobama, počiniteljima prekršaja koji su najčešći uzročnici težih prometnih nesreća tzv. "četiri ubojice u prometu" te su tako 364 osobe sankcionirane zbog prekoračenja dopuštene brzine kretanja, 64 mjere su poduzete prema osobama koje nisu koristile sigurnosni pojas, a 30 osoba je prekršajno sankcionirano zbog vožnje u alkoholiziranom stanju. Zbog nepropisne uporabe mobitela tijekom vožnje sankcionirana je 21 osoba.

Od ostalih prekršaja izdvajamo 99 mjera poduzetih zbog nepropisnog pretjecanja i 115 mjera poduzetih zbog nepropisnog zaustavljanja i parkiranja.

Najveća koncentracija alkohola zabilježena je na Korčuli

Najveća koncentracija alkohola od 2,44 g/kg izmjerena je 39-godišnjaku koji je zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa u ranim jutarnjim satima u utorak, 01. kolovoza na području grada Korčule. Vozač koji je upravljao osobnim automobilom slovenskih registarskih oznaka nije se zaustavio na zvučne i svjetlosne signale policijskih službenika, nije imao važeću prometnu i vozačku dozvolu, nije koristio sigurnosti pojas te je prilikom upravljanja vozilom počinio prekršaj nepoštivanja postavljenog prometnog znaka, je uhićen i smješten je u prostorije policije do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva, nakon čega je uz Optužni prijedlog doveden nadležnom Općinskom sudu u Korčuli.

Najveća novčana kazna izrečena je na Korčuli

Najveća novčana kazna u iznosu od 2770 Eura izrečena je 24-godišnjem vozaču koji je zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa dana 01. kolovoza u kasnim večernjim satima u Korčuli. Vozač je zatečen kako upravlja osobnim vozilom dubrovačkih registarskih oznaka za vrijeme zabrane upravljanja vozilima "B" kategorije, te za vrijeme vožnje nije koristio sigurnosni pojas. Također je odbio ispitivanje na prisutnost droga u organizmu. Poradi počinjenja navedenih prekršaja, isti je uhićen i doveden u prostorije policije. S obzirom da se radi o recidivistu prometnih prekršaja, od strane policijskih službenika istom je privremeno oduzeto vozilo. Vozač je uz Optužni prijedlog doveden nadležnom Općinskom sudu u Korčuli koji mu je odredio spomenutu novčanu kaznu i zaštitnu mjeru zabrane upravljanja vozilima "B" kategorije u trajanju 12 mjeseci. Navedeno je najveća novčana kazna u proteklom tjednu.

U proteklom tjednu na području Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske zabilježeno je ukupno 37 prometnih nesreća u kojoj je jedna osoba smrtno stradala, 16 prometnih nesreća s ozlijeđenim osobama u kojima je 10 osoba teško, a 10 osoba je lakše ozlijeđeno, dok je s materijalnom štetom zabilježeno 20 prometnih nesreća.

Broj poduzetih mjera prometne policije

Provodeći mjere kontrole prometa, policijski službenici su protiv počinitelja prometnih prekršaja poduzeli 910 represivnih mjera od kojih izdvajamo mjere poduzete prema osobama, počiniteljima prekršaja koji su najčešći uzročnici težih prometnih nesreća tzv. "četiri ubojice u prometu" te su tako 364 osobe sankcionirane zbog prekoračenja dopuštene brzine kretanja, 64 mjere su poduzete prema osobama koje nisu koristile sigurnosni pojas, a 30 osoba je prekršajno sankcionirano zbog vožnje u alkoholiziranom stanju. Zbog nepropisne uporabe mobitela tijekom vožnje sankcionirana je 21 osoba.

Od ostalih prekršaja izdvajamo 99 mjera poduzetih zbog nepropisnog pretjecanja i 115 mjera poduzetih zbog nepropisnog zaustavljanja i parkiranja.

Najveća koncentracija alkohola zabilježena je na Korčuli

Najveća koncentracija alkohola od 2,44 g/kg izmjerena je 39-godišnjaku koji je zaustavljen prilikom redovne kontrole prometa u ranim jutarnjim satima u utorak, 01. kolovoza na području grada Korčule.
