I dalje je u samici Bolnice za osobe lišene slobode na Svetošimunskoj u kojoj na njemačkom opširno piše svoje viđenje zločina zbog kojeg mu prijeti i do 50 godina zatvora. U međuvremenu, u zagrebačkom Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu zamjenica Albina Tisanić ispituje svjedoke od kojih želi saznati sve o životu Haralda Kopitza (56), austrijskog državljanina koji je okrivljen da je u noći s petka na subotu 24. na 25. rujna u unajmljenom stanu u zagrebačkim Mlinovima otrovao tabletama svoje troje djece i nakon toga pokušao samoubojstvo.

Nakon kraće hospitalizacije u KB-u Sestara milosrdnica Kopitz je bio priveden prvo u policiju, a potom i na tužiteljstvo i Županijski sud gdje mu je sudac istrage na prijedlog tužiteljstva odredio istražni zatvor zbog mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke, opasnosti od ponavljanja djela i zbog teških okolnosti počinjenja djela, piše Jutarnji list.

Kopitzev branitelj Marko Ivica, koji ga brani po službenoj dužnosti, obzirom na tajnost istrage potvrdio nam je samo da je podnio žalbu na rješenje o određivanju istražnog zatvora i provođenju istrage, ali ta žalba još nije riješena. Kako smo doznali, majka djece još nije ispitana kao svjedok i vjerojatno će biti ispitana na kraju istrage, a sada su ispitivani njegovi kolege i prijatelji o okolnostima njegovih poslova i privatnog života. U tjednu kad su djeca ubijena ona su prema dogovoru s majkom trebala provesti kod oca, a naredni tjedan su trebala ići kod majke, ali se dogodio zločin.

Poznato je da je Kopitz radio kao financijski savjetnik i menadžer u nekoliko inozemnih kompanija, ali i u tvrtkama u Hrvatskoj gdje je osnovao i vlastitu tvrtku za financijsko savjetovanje, ali je istovremeno i tražio novi posao i bio na nekim razgovorima. Naviknut na visoki životni stil, zbog financijskih poteškoća u koje je upao, prijetilo mu je i otkazivanje stana u Mlinovima što je navodno teško primio. No, još nije objasnio motiv i razlog zbog kojeg je ubio vlastito troje djece.

Koliko je istraga mučna, svjedoči i to da je prilikom jednog ispitivanja pozlilo zapisničarki tužiteljice prilikom ispitivanja svjedoka.

Zasad još nije provedeno psihijatrijsko vještačenje Haralda Kopitza, a osudi li ga se pravomoćno za zločin nad vlastitom djecom, s obzirom na to da je strani državljanin, mogao bi tražiti izdržavanje kazne u Austriji.

I dalje je u samici Bolnice za osobe lišene slobode na Svetošimunskoj u kojoj na njemačkom opširno piše svoje viđenje zločina zbog kojeg mu prijeti i do 50 godina zatvora. U međuvremenu, u zagrebačkom Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu zamjenica Albina Tisanić ispituje svjedoke od kojih želi saznati sve o životu Haralda Kopitza (56), austrijskog državljanina koji je okrivljen da je u noći s petka na subotu 24. na 25. rujna u unajmljenom stanu u zagrebačkim Mlinovima otrovao tabletama svoje troje djece i nakon toga pokušao samoubojstvo.

Nakon kraće hospitalizacije u KB-u Sestara milosrdnica Kopitz je bio priveden prvo u policiju, a potom i na tužiteljstvo i Županijski sud gdje mu je sudac istrage na prijedlog tužiteljstva odredio istražni zatvor zbog mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke, opasnosti od ponavljanja djela i zbog teških okolnosti počinjenja djela, piše Jutarnji list.

Kopitzev branitelj Marko Ivica, koji ga brani po službenoj dužnosti, obzirom na tajnost istrage potvrdio nam je samo da je podnio žalbu na rješenje o određivanju istražnog zatvora i provođenju istrage, ali ta žalba još nije riješena. Kako smo doznali, majka djece još nije ispitana kao svjedok i vjerojatno će biti ispitana na kraju istrage, a sada su ispitivani njegovi kolege i prijatelji o okolnostima njegovih poslova i privatnog života. U tjednu kad su djeca ubijena ona su prema dogovoru s majkom trebala provesti kod oca, a naredni tjedan su trebala ići kod majke, ali se dogodio zločin.

Poznato je da je Kopitz radio kao financijski savjetnik i menadžer u nekoliko inozemnih kompanija, ali i u tvrtkama u Hrvatskoj gdje je osnovao i vlastitu tvrtku za financijsko savjetovanje, ali je istovremeno i tražio novi posao i bio na nekim razgovorima. Naviknut na visoki životni stil, zbog financijskih poteškoća u koje je upao, prijetilo mu je i otkazivanje stana u Mlinovima što je navodno teško primio. No, još nije objasnio motiv i razlog zbog kojeg je ubio vlastito troje djece.

Koliko je istraga mučna, svjedoči i to da je prilikom jednog ispitivanja pozlilo zapisničarki tužiteljice prilikom ispitivanja svjedoka.

Zasad još nije provedeno psihijatrijsko vještačenje Haralda Kopitza, a osudi li ga se pravomoćno za zločin nad vlastitom djecom, s obzirom na to da je strani državljanin, mogao bi tražiti izdržavanje kazne u Austriji.

Mučna istraga ubojstva djece Haralda Kopitza, zapisničarki je pozlilo tijekom ispitivanja

I dalje je u samici Bolnice za osobe lišene slobode na Svetošimunskoj u kojoj na njemačkom opširno piše svoje viđenje zločina zbog kojeg mu prijeti i do 50 godina zatvora. U međuvremenu, u zagrebačkom Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu zamjenica Albina Tisanić ispituje svjedoke od kojih želi saznati sve o životu Haralda Kopitza (56), austrijskog državljanina koji je okrivljen da je u noći s petka na subotu 24. na 25. rujna u unajmljenom stanu u zagrebačkim Mlinovima otrovao tabletama svoje troje djece i nakon toga pokušao samoubojstvo.

Nakon kraće hospitalizacije u KB-u Sestara milosrdnica Kopitz je bio priveden prvo u policiju, a potom i na tužiteljstvo i Županijski sud gdje mu je sudac istrage na prijedlog tužiteljstva odredio istražni zatvor zbog mogućeg utjecaja na svjedoke, opasnosti od ponavljanja djela i zbog teških okolnosti počinjenja djela, piše Jutarnji list.

Kopitzev branitelj Marko Ivica, koji ga brani po službenoj dužnosti, obzirom na tajnost istrage potvrdio nam je samo da je podnio žalbu na rješenje o određivanju istražnog zatvora i provođenju istrage, ali ta žalba još nije riješena. Kako smo doznali, majka djece još nije ispitana kao svjedok i vjerojatno će biti ispitana na kraju istrage, a sada su ispitivani njegovi kolege i prijatelji o okolnostima njegovih poslova i privatnog života. U tjednu kad su djeca ubijena ona su prema dogovoru s majkom trebala provesti kod oca, a naredni tjedan su trebala ići kod majke, ali se dogodio zločin.

Poznato je da je Kopitz radio kao financijski savjetnik i menadžer u nekoliko inozemnih kompanija, ali i u tvrtkama u Hrvatskoj gdje je osnovao i vlastitu tvrtku za financijsko savjetovanje, ali je istovremeno i tražio novi posao i bio na nekim razgovorima. Naviknut na visoki životni stil, zbog financijskih poteškoća u koje je upao, prijetilo mu je i otkazivanje stana u Mlinovima što je navodno teško primio. No, još nije objasnio motiv i razlog zbog kojeg je ubio vlastito troje djece.

Koliko je istraga mučna, svjedoči i to da je prilikom jednog ispitivanja pozlilo zapisničarki tužiteljice prilikom ispitivanja svjedoka.

Zasad još nije provedeno psihijatrijsko vještačenje Haralda Kopitza, a osudi li ga se pravomoćno za zločin nad vlastitom djecom, s obzirom na to da je strani državljanin, mogao bi tražiti izdržavanje kazne u Austriji.
