Rijetko je koji žanr izdržljiv poput heist moviea. Globalni trendovi se mijenjaju, tehnologija napreduje, kriptovalute zamjenjuju novčanice, a filmovi o pljačkama banaka uvijek nekako ostaju in. Doduše, često se više usmjere na egzekuciju zločina nego na portretiranje likova, kao što je to slučaj sa španjolsko-engleskom koprodukcijom pod imenom 'Sef' (The Vault).

Film o upadu u (naizgled) neprobojni trezor Središnje banke Španjolske na dan pobjede Furije u finalu Mundijala 2010. okupio je međunarodnu ekipu predvođenu redateljem Jaumeom Balaguerom. Katalonac specijaliziran za horrore (serijal REC) likove oslikava po žanrovskom obrascu, bez iznenađenja.

Tim filmskih lupeža predvodi karizmatični gubitnik Moreland (Irac Liam Cunningham, starina iz G.O.T.) koji vrbuje inženjerskog geeka Thoma (Freddy Highmore iz popularnog serijala 'Dobri doktor'), umirovljenog specijalca Jamesa (Sam Riley), njemačkog hakera Klausa (Axel Stein) i domaćeg španjolskog provalnika Simona (Luis Tosar) kojima pomaže Morelandova pokćerka, džeparica Lorraine (francusko-španjolska glumica i model Astrid Berges-Frisbey)...

Sadržaj 'Sefa' nudi sve prepoznatljive elemente heista. Tu su nemoguća misija krađe u stilu Oceanovih 11 na koje se i poziva jedan od protagonista, antikno blago čuvanije od Mona Lise, poljuljano međusobno povjerenje aktera i složeni sustav zaštite blagajne. Dio sustava je i čuvar trezora Gustavo (Jose Coronado), vazda namrgođeni asket, karikaturalan u pojavi i komunikaciji.

Balaguerov film potvrda je žanrovske posvećenosti, ali i film kojemu nedostaje 'inovativne' napetosti. Situacije blizu utapanja, spuštanje konopcem u dubinu, puzanje ventilacijskim cijevima, sve je to odavno ušlo u sferu klasike koja se svako toliko ponavlja. Svježa zamisao da prijenos završnice Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva na ulicama velegrada posluži kao logistika za pljačku nedovoljno je iskorištena, kao i očita međusobna privlačnost lopovskog dvojca Thom- Lorraine.

U glumačkoj postavi najbolje se drže mladi Highmore, koji je s lakoćom iz kute TV liječnika uletio u pljačkaški kombinezon, makar mozganje njegova junaka koji u potrazi za rješenjima nalikuje profesoru Baltazaru djeluje ponešto pretjerano. Pojavom plijeni i veteran Cunningham koji je ipak zaslužio veću minutažu.

Zaokret u ponašanju specijalca Jamesa dolazi prekasno i nije uvjerljiv, dok epizoda Famke Jansen (X-men) kao operativke intrigira ali nije dorečena. Sve navedeno, međutim, ne znači da film treba propustiti, jer u sebi ima nešto privlačno. Ne viđaju se baš svaki dan nenasilni pljačkaši koje ne vodi slijepa pohlepa i s kojima se više identificiramo nego ih osuđujemo. Da ga se važe samo po tome, Balaguerov 'Sef' bilo bi lakše obiti.

Rijetko je koji žanr izdržljiv poput heist moviea. Globalni trendovi se mijenjaju, tehnologija napreduje, kriptovalute zamjenjuju novčanice, a filmovi o pljačkama banaka uvijek nekako ostaju in. Doduše, često se više usmjere na egzekuciju zločina nego na portretiranje likova, kao što je to slučaj sa španjolsko-engleskom koprodukcijom pod imenom 'Sef' (The Vault).

Film o upadu u (naizgled) neprobojni trezor Središnje banke Španjolske na dan pobjede Furije u finalu Mundijala 2010. okupio je međunarodnu ekipu predvođenu redateljem Jaumeom Balaguerom. Katalonac specijaliziran za horrore (serijal REC) likove oslikava po žanrovskom obrascu, bez iznenađenja.

Tim filmskih lupeža predvodi karizmatični gubitnik Moreland (Irac Liam Cunningham, starina iz G.O.T.) koji vrbuje inženjerskog geeka Thoma (Freddy Highmore iz popularnog serijala 'Dobri doktor'), umirovljenog specijalca Jamesa (Sam Riley), njemačkog hakera Klausa (Axel Stein) i domaćeg španjolskog provalnika Simona (Luis Tosar) kojima pomaže Morelandova pokćerka, džeparica Lorraine (francusko-španjolska glumica i model Astrid Berges-Frisbey)...

Sadržaj 'Sefa' nudi sve prepoznatljive elemente heista. Tu su nemoguća misija krađe u stilu Oceanovih 11 na koje se i poziva jedan od protagonista, antikno blago čuvanije od Mona Lise, poljuljano međusobno povjerenje aktera i složeni sustav zaštite blagajne. Dio sustava je i čuvar trezora Gustavo (Jose Coronado), vazda namrgođeni asket, karikaturalan u pojavi i komunikaciji.

Balaguerov film potvrda je žanrovske posvećenosti, ali i film kojemu nedostaje 'inovativne' napetosti. Situacije blizu utapanja, spuštanje konopcem u dubinu, puzanje ventilacijskim cijevima, sve je to odavno ušlo u sferu klasike koja se svako toliko ponavlja. Svježa zamisao da prijenos završnice Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva na ulicama velegrada posluži kao logistika za pljačku nedovoljno je iskorištena, kao i očita međusobna privlačnost lopovskog dvojca Thom- Lorraine.

U glumačkoj postavi najbolje se drže mladi Highmore, koji je s lakoćom iz kute TV liječnika uletio u pljačkaški kombinezon, makar mozganje njegova junaka koji u potrazi za rješenjima nalikuje profesoru Baltazaru djeluje ponešto pretjerano. Pojavom plijeni i veteran Cunningham koji je ipak zaslužio veću minutažu.

Zaokret u ponašanju specijalca Jamesa dolazi prekasno i nije uvjerljiv, dok epizoda Famke Jansen (X-men) kao operativke intrigira ali nije dorečena. Sve navedeno, međutim, ne znači da film treba propustiti, jer u sebi ima nešto privlačno. Ne viđaju se baš svaki dan nenasilni pljačkaši koje ne vodi slijepa pohlepa i s kojima se više identificiramo nego ih osuđujemo. Da ga se važe samo po tome, Balaguerov 'Sef' bilo bi lakše obiti.

SEF (THE VAULT) Heist movie o lupežima u ludilu Mundijala ne koristi dovoljno nogometnu kulisu, nije posebno inovativan, ali svejedno plijeni

Rijetko je koji žanr izdržljiv poput heist moviea. Globalni trendovi se mijenjaju, tehnologija napreduje, kriptovalute zamjenjuju novčanice, a filmovi o pljačkama banaka uvijek nekako ostaju in. Doduše, često se više usmjere na egzekuciju zločina nego na portretiranje likova, kao što je to slučaj sa španjolsko-engleskom koprodukcijom pod imenom 'Sef' (The Vault).

Film o upadu u (naizgled) neprobojni trezor Središnje banke Španjolske na dan pobjede Furije u finalu Mundijala 2010. okupio je međunarodnu ekipu predvođenu redateljem Jaumeom Balaguerom. Katalonac specijaliziran za horrore (serijal REC) likove oslikava po žanrovskom obrascu, bez iznenađenja.

Tim filmskih lupeža predvodi karizmatični gubitnik Moreland (Irac Liam Cunningham, starina iz G.O.T.) koji vrbuje inženjerskog geeka Thoma (Freddy Highmore iz popularnog serijala 'Dobri doktor'), umirovljenog specijalca Jamesa (Sam Riley), njemačkog hakera Klausa (Axel Stein) i domaćeg španjolskog provalnika Simona (Luis Tosar) kojima pomaže Morelandova pokćerka, džeparica Lorraine (francusko-španjolska glumica i model Astrid Berges-Frisbey)...

Sadržaj 'Sefa' nudi sve prepoznatljive elemente heista. Tu su nemoguća misija krađe u stilu Oceanovih 11 na koje se i poziva jedan od protagonista, antikno blago čuvanije od Mona Lise, poljuljano međusobno povjerenje aktera i složeni sustav zaštite blagajne. Dio sustava je i čuvar trezora Gustavo (Jose Coronado), vazda namrgođeni asket, karikaturalan u pojavi i komunikaciji.

Balaguerov film potvrda je žanrovske posvećenosti, ali i film kojemu nedostaje 'inovativne' napetosti. Situacije blizu utapanja, spuštanje konopcem u dubinu, puzanje ventilacijskim cijevima, sve je to odavno ušlo u sferu klasike koja se svako toliko ponavlja. Svježa zamisao da prijenos završnice Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva na ulicama velegrada posluži kao logistika za pljačku nedovoljno je iskorištena, kao i očita međusobna privlačnost lopovskog dvojca Thom- Lorraine.

U glumačkoj postavi najbolje se drže mladi Highmore, koji je s lakoćom iz kute TV liječnika uletio u pljačkaški kombinezon, makar mozganje njegova junaka koji u potrazi za rješenjima nalikuje profesoru Baltazaru djeluje ponešto pretjerano. Pojavom plijeni i veteran Cunningham koji je ipak zaslužio veću minutažu.

Zaokret u ponašanju specijalca Jamesa dolazi prekasno i nije uvjerljiv, dok epizoda Famke Jansen (X-men) kao operativke intrigira ali nije dorečena. Sve navedeno, međutim, ne znači da film treba propustiti, jer u sebi ima nešto privlačno. Ne viđaju se baš svaki dan nenasilni pljačkaši koje ne vodi slijepa pohlepa i s kojima se više identificiramo nego ih osuđujemo. Da ga se važe samo po tome, Balaguerov 'Sef' bilo bi lakše obiti.
