Plave zone u svijetu pet su regija s najvećom koncentracijom stogodišnjaka, a istraživači u tim zajednicama traže tajne za dulji i bolji život.
Pet regija plave zone su Nicoya u Kostariki, Ikaria u Grčkoj, Sardinija u Italiji, Loma Linda u Kaliforniji i Okinawa u Japanu. Iako sve te regije imaju jedinstvene prehrambene prakse temeljene na pristupu i lokalnoj kuhinji, među njima postoje zajedničke točke iz kojih možemo učiti.
Postoje četiri pića koja su uobičajena među ljudima u ovim zajednicama, evo o kojim je pićima riječ, Blic.
Kava
Prva na listi je kava. U područjima plave zone kava je neizostavan dio dnevne rutine. Istraživanja su pokazala da kava može imati niz zdravstvenih dobrobiti, uključujući poboljšanje kognitivnog zdravlja, smanjenje rizika od bolesti povezanih sa starenjem poput Parkinsonove bolesti i demencije te pozitivan učinak na mršavljenje i smanjenje rizika od dijabetesa tipa 2.
Važno je napomenuti da te dobrobiti proizlaze iz same crne kave, bez dodanog šećera ili mlijeka.
Čaj
Svi stanovnici plavih zona redovito piju čaj. Zeleni čaj posebno je popularan zbog brojnih zdravstvenih dobrobiti, uključujući potporu metabolizmu, snižavanje kolesterola i prevenciju određenih vrsta raka. Studije su također pokazale da redovita konzumacija čaja može smanjiti rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti i pridonijeti dugovječnosti.
Crno vino
Na Sardiniji većina ljudi svakodnevno konzumira umjerene količine crnog vina. Ovo vino sadrži antioksidanse poznate kao polifenoli, koji štite krvne žile od oštećenja i pomažu u snižavanju LDL kolesterola. Plave zone u svijetu pet su regija s najvećom koncentracijom stogodišnjaka, a istraživači u tim zajednicama traže tajne za dulji i bolji život.
Pet regija plave zone su Nicoya u Kostariki, Ikaria u Grčkoj, Sardinija u Italiji, Loma Linda u Kaliforniji i Okinawa u Japanu. Iako sve te regije imaju jedinstvene prehrambene prakse temeljene na pristupu i lokalnoj kuhinji, među njima postoje zajedničke točke iz kojih možemo učiti.
Postoje četiri pića koja su uobičajena među ljudima u ovim zajednicama, evo o kojim je pićima riječ, Blic.
Kava
Prva na listi je kava. U područjima plave zone kava je neizostavan dio dnevne rutine. Istraživanja su pokazala da kava može imati niz zdravstvenih dobrobiti, uključujući poboljšanje kognitivnog zdravlja, smanjenje rizika od bolesti povezanih sa starenjem poput Parkinsonove bolesti i demencije te pozitivan učinak na mršavljenje i smanjenje rizika od dijabetesa tipa 2.
Važno je napomenuti da te dobrobiti proizlaze iz same crne kave, bez dodanog šećera ili mlijeka.
Čaj
Svi stanovnici plavih zona redovito piju čaj. Zeleni čaj posebno je popularan zbog brojnih zdravstvenih dobrobiti, uključujući potporu metabolizmu, snižavanje kolesterola i prevenciju određenih vrsta raka. Studije su također pokazale da redovita konzumacija čaja može smanjiti rizik od kardiovaskularnih bolesti i pridonijeti dugovječnosti.
Crno vino
Na Sardiniji većina ljudi svakodnevno konzumira umjerene količine crnog vina. Ovo vino sadrži antioksidanse poznate kao polifenoli, koji štite krvne žile od oštećenja i pomažu u snižavanju LDL kolesterola. Ključno je napomenuti da umjerenost u konzumaciji crnog vina u kombinaciji s uravnoteženom prehranom i tjelesnom aktivnošću može pozitivno utjecati na zdravlje srca.

Voda
Iako su sva navedena pića korisna za zdravlje, ne zaboravite na običnu vodu. Stanovnici plave zone, poput onih u Loma Lindi, često ističu važnost hidratacije. Pijenje dovoljno vode pomaže tijelu u održavanju ravnoteže tekućine, uklanjanju toksina i obavljanju svih njegovih funkcija. Kako starite, vaš osjećaj žeđi može nestati, stoga je važno ostati posvećen unosu vode tijekom dana. Važno je napomenuti da je umjerenost ključna za sva ova pića te da svaki napitak treba konzumirati prema individualnim potrebama i načinu života.
