Krvna grupa utječe na cjelokupno zdravlje, svaka ima svoje karakteristike i slabosti, ali jedna je uvjerljivo najotpornija na bolesti. Riječ je o krvnoj grupi 0, čiji se "imaoci" upravo zato smatraju najdugovječnijima.

Naime, dokazano je da kod ljudi s krvnom grupom 0 postoji manji rizik od obolijevanja od kardiovaskularnih bolesti kao što su moždani i srčani udar, kao i da rjeđe obolijevaju od određenih vrsta raka, poput raka gušterače i raka želuca.

Jedan od dosad otkrivenih razloga zašto je krvna grupa 0 najzdravija je taj što krv ove grupe sadrži manje molekula koje mogu izazvati zgrušavanje krvi, pa tako i srčane i moždane udare koje izazivaju trombovi. Otpornost na najopasnije bolesti znači veću šansu za dug život, javlja Radio Sarajevo.

"Izbjegavanje bolesti dio je strategije dugog života. Ali tu postoji snažna dogma da kod stogodišnjaka sva korist dolazi od gena protiv starenja", komentirao je Stuart Kim, profesor s Odjela za biologiju i genetiku Sveučilišta Stanford, predstavljajući prije nekoliko godina rezultate istraživanja svog tima, piše Time.

U potrazi za tajnom dugovječnosti istražili su gene 800 stogodišnjaka i 5400 90-godišnjaka i otkrili da su za brzinu starenja jako važne varijacije četiri gena: CDKN2B koji ima važnu ulogu u dijeljenju stanica, ABO koji se odnosi na vrstu krvne grupe, APOE koji utječe na sklonost organizma da oboli od Alzheimerove bolesti i SH2B3 koji produžava život ljudi.

Utvrdili su da je kod stogodišnjaka najčešća krvna grupa upravo bila - nula.

Krvna grupa utječe na cjelokupno zdravlje, svaka ima svoje karakteristike i slabosti, ali jedna je uvjerljivo najotpornija na bolesti. Riječ je o krvnoj grupi 0, čiji se "imaoci" upravo zato smatraju najdugovječnijima.

Naime, dokazano je da kod ljudi s krvnom grupom 0 postoji manji rizik od obolijevanja od kardiovaskularnih bolesti kao što su moždani i srčani udar, kao i da rjeđe obolijevaju od određenih vrsta raka, poput raka gušterače i raka želuca.

Jedan od dosad otkrivenih razloga zašto je krvna grupa 0 najzdravija je taj što krv ove grupe sadrži manje molekula koje mogu izazvati zgrušavanje krvi, pa tako i srčane i moždane udare koje izazivaju trombovi. Otpornost na najopasnije bolesti znači veću šansu za dug život, javlja Radio Sarajevo.

"Izbjegavanje bolesti dio je strategije dugog života. Ali tu postoji snažna dogma da kod stogodišnjaka sva korist dolazi od gena protiv starenja", komentirao je Stuart Kim, profesor s Odjela za biologiju i genetiku Sveučilišta Stanford, predstavljajući prije nekoliko godina rezultate istraživanja svog tima, piše Time.

U potrazi za tajnom dugovječnosti istražili su gene 800 stogodišnjaka i 5400 90-godišnjaka i otkrili da su za brzinu starenja jako važne varijacije četiri gena: CDKN2B koji ima važnu ulogu u dijeljenju stanica, ABO koji se odnosi na vrstu krvne grupe, APOE koji utječe na sklonost organizma da oboli od Alzheimerove bolesti i SH2B3 koji produžava život ljudi.

Utvrdili su da je kod stogodišnjaka najčešća krvna grupa upravo bila - nula.

Krvna grupa utječe na cjelokupno zdravlje, svaka ima svoje karakteristike i slabosti, ali jedna je uvjerljivo najotpornija na bolesti. Riječ je o krvnoj grupi 0, čiji se "imaoci" upravo zato smatraju najdugovječnijima.

Naime, dokazano je da kod ljudi s krvnom grupom 0 postoji manji rizik od obolijevanja od kardiovaskularnih bolesti kao što su moždani i srčani udar, kao i da rjeđe obolijevaju od određenih vrsta raka, poput raka gušterače i raka želuca.

Jedan od dosad otkrivenih razloga zašto je krvna grupa 0 najzdravija je taj što krv ove grupe sadrži manje molekula koje mogu izazvati zgrušavanje krvi, pa tako i srčane i moždane udare koje izazivaju trombovi. Otpornost na najopasnije bolesti znači veću šansu za dug život, javlja Radio Sarajevo.

"Izbjegavanje bolesti dio je strategije dugog života. Ali tu postoji snažna dogma da kod stogodišnjaka sva korist dolazi od gena protiv starenja", komentirao je Stuart Kim, profesor s Odjela za biologiju i genetiku Sveučilišta Stanford, predstavljajući prije nekoliko godina rezultate istraživanja svog tima, piše Time.

U potrazi za tajnom dugovječnosti istražili su gene 800 stogodišnjaka i 5400 90-godišnjaka i otkrili da su za brzinu starenja jako važne varijacije četiri gena: CDKN2B koji ima važnu ulogu u dijeljenju stanica, ABO koji se odnosi na vrstu krvne grupe, APOE koji utječe na sklonost organizma da oboli od Alzheimerove bolesti i SH2B3 koji produžava život ljudi.

Utvrdili su da je kod stogodišnjaka najčešća krvna grupa upravo bila - nula.
