[fulltext] => Iz razloga koje ne treba previše objašnjavati, vjerujemo da bi nam danas svima dobro došla jedna pristojna doza čokolade. Pristojna u smislu ne baš zanemariva, ali također i ne pretjerana, jer ne želimo kasnije kukati. No pod pristojna mislimo i na kvalitetnu, znalački i po dobrom receptu pripremljenu, za razliku od bezveznjikavih nadričokoladica koje možete kupiti na svakom uglu.
Ne cjepidlačimo, imamo znanstveno utemeljen razlog zašto vas nagovaramo da si udovoljite nečim boljim od pretjerano zašećerene pločice u šarenoj ambalaži. Nije svaka čokolada jednako vrijedna, osobito kad je riječ o onoj čudesnoj moći koju joj rado pripisujemo - podizanju raspoloženja.
Svojstva koja podižu raspoloženje ovise o tome koliko je čokolada dobra, što je potvrđeno istraživanjem u kojem su ispitanici kušali različite vrste čokolade. Pokazalo se da je kvalitetnijačokolada imala bolji učinak na popravljanje raspoloženja.
Ne znamo na koji su im način prethodno pokvarili raspoloženje, (možda su im rekli da im neće platiti za sudjelovanje u ispitivanju?), niti kako su točno utvrdili ovu činjenicu, no mi vam želimo što učinkovitije podizanje raspoloženja pa vam predlažemo recept za keksiće koji je u samo jednom danu zapalio instagram.
Posjetili smo stranicu koja stoji iza ovog IG profila, riječ je o pouzdanoj i provjerenoj, jako popularnoj stranici Halfbaked Harvest, i pronašli smo recept. Evo vam ga, prevedenog na metričke mjere.
Čokoladni keksići s kremom od maslaca od kikirikija
sastojci za tijesto:
8 žlica maslaca sobne temperature
100 grama šećera
1 žličica čistog ekstrakta vanilije
1 jaje sobne temperature
156grama višenamjenskog brašna
1/2 šalice + 2 žlice kakaa
1/4 žličice sode bikarbone
1/2 žličice soli
sastojci za nadjev:
190 grama kremastog maslaca od kikirikija
4 žlicemaslaca na sobnoj temperaturi
30 grama šećera u prahu
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
za dekoraciju:
340 grama mliječne čokolade, otopljene
1/4 žličice soli u pahuljicama
priprema:
1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 175 stupnjeva. U velikoj zdjeli miješajte maslac, šećer i vaniliju dok ne postanu pjenasti, oko 3-5 minuta. Dodajte jaje i miješajte dok se smjesa ne sjedini pa dodajte brašno, 1/2 šalice kakaa u prahu, sodu bikarbonu i sol. Miješajte dok se ne sjedini i tijesto formira kuglu, a ako je previše vlažno za valjanje, dodajte dodatne 2 žlice kakaa u prahu.
2. Obilno pobrašnite radnu površinu, podijelite tijesto na pola i svaku polovicu izravnajte u disk. Izrežite oblike pomoću rezača za kekse, pažljivo ih prenesiteu lim za pečenje obložen pergamentnim papirom pa ih pokrijte i spremite u zamrzivač na desetak minuta. Jednako postupite s drugim dijelom tijesta.
3. Keksiće pecite 10-12 minuta. Ohladite na plehu pet minuta, a zatim prebacite na rešetku za hlađenje
4. Za izradu nadjeva miješajte maslac od kikirikija, maslac, šećer u prahu i vaniliju dok smjesa ne postane pjenasta.
5. Podijelite kekse na dvije hrpice. Iz jedne svaki keksić umočite do 1/3 u otopljenu čokoladu pa čokoladi pospite pahuljice soli. Pričekajte da se glazura stegne pa drugu polovicu keksića namažite nadjevom te poklopite dekoriranim polovicama.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Iz razloga koje ne treba previše objašnjavati, vjerujemo da bi nam danas svima dobro došla jedna pristojna doza čokolade. Pristojna u smislu ne baš zanemariva, ali također i ne pretjerana, jer ne želimo kasnije kukati. No pod pristojna mislimo i na kvalitetnu, znalački i po dobrom receptu pripremljenu, za razliku od bezveznjikavih nadričokoladica koje možete kupiti na svakom uglu.
Ne cjepidlačimo, imamo znanstveno utemeljen razlog zašto vas nagovaramo da si udovoljite nečim boljim od pretjerano zašećerene pločice u šarenoj ambalaži. Nije svaka čokolada jednako vrijedna, osobito kad je riječ o onoj čudesnoj moći koju joj rado pripisujemo - podizanju raspoloženja.
Svojstva koja podižu raspoloženje ovise o tome koliko je čokolada dobra, što je potvrđeno istraživanjem u kojem su ispitanici kušali različite vrste čokolade. Pokazalo se da je kvalitetnijačokolada imala bolji učinak na popravljanje raspoloženja.
Ne znamo na koji su im način prethodno pokvarili raspoloženje, (možda su im rekli da im neće platiti za sudjelovanje u ispitivanju?), niti kako su točno utvrdili ovu činjenicu, no mi vam želimo što učinkovitije podizanje raspoloženja pa vam predlažemo recept za keksiće koji je u samo jednom danu zapalio instagram.
Posjetili smo stranicu koja stoji iza ovog IG profila, riječ je o pouzdanoj i provjerenoj, jako popularnoj stranici Halfbaked Harvest, i pronašli smo recept. Evo vam ga, prevedenog na metričke mjere.
Čokoladni keksići s kremom od maslaca od kikirikija
sastojci za tijesto:
8 žlica maslaca sobne temperature
100 grama šećera
1 žličica čistog ekstrakta vanilije
1 jaje sobne temperature
156grama višenamjenskog brašna
1/2 šalice + 2 žlice kakaa
1/4 žličice sode bikarbone
1/2 žličice soli
sastojci za nadjev:
190 grama kremastog maslaca od kikirikija
4 žlicemaslaca na sobnoj temperaturi
30 grama šećera u prahu
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
za dekoraciju:
340 grama mliječne čokolade, otopljene
1/4 žličice soli u pahuljicama
priprema:
1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 175 stupnjeva. U velikoj zdjeli miješajte maslac, šećer i vaniliju dok ne postanu pjenasti, oko 3-5 minuta. Dodajte jaje i miješajte dok se smjesa ne sjedini pa dodajte brašno, 1/2 šalice kakaa u prahu, sodu bikarbonu i sol. Miješajte dok se ne sjedini i tijesto formira kuglu, a ako je previše vlažno za valjanje, dodajte dodatne 2 žlice kakaa u prahu.
2. Obilno pobrašnite radnu površinu, podijelite tijesto na pola i svaku polovicu izravnajte u disk. Izrežite oblike pomoću rezača za kekse, pažljivo ih prenesiteu lim za pečenje obložen pergamentnim papirom pa ih pokrijte i spremite u zamrzivač na desetak minuta. Jednako postupite s drugim dijelom tijesta.
3. Keksiće pecite 10-12 minuta. Ohladite na plehu pet minuta, a zatim prebacite na rešetku za hlađenje
4. Za izradu nadjeva miješajte maslac od kikirikija, maslac, šećer u prahu i vaniliju dok smjesa ne postane pjenasta.
5. Podijelite kekse na dvije hrpice. Iz jedne svaki keksić umočite do 1/3 u otopljenu čokoladu pa čokoladi pospite pahuljice soli. Pričekajte da se glazura stegne pa drugu polovicu keksića namažite nadjevom te poklopite dekoriranim polovicama.
