Tijekom redovne kontrole prometa pločanski policajci pronašli su 55 kilograma marihuane u vozilu dubrovačkih registracijskih oznaka kojim je upravljao 22-godišnji crnogorski državljanin.

Policajci su na Jadranskoj magistrali u Rogotinu zaustavili automobil, a budući da se iz unutrašnjosti vozila osjetio miris marihuane i da se vozač u jednom trenutku pokušao naglo udaljiti, MUP-ovci su posumnjali na krijumčarenje droge, te je od Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku zatražen nalog za pretraživanje vozila Renault Megane Scenic.

- U prtljažniku vozila pronađeno je 50 paketa s ukupno 55 kilograma marihuane. Droga je uz potvrdu oduzeta, a vozač uhićen i doveden u prostorije policije na kriminalističko istraživanje.

Utvrđeno je kako je prethodne noći u Hrvatsku ušao ilegalno iz smjera Crne Gore, pješice preko brda Košare, nakon čega je unajmio vozilo kojim je drogu imao namjeru prevesti prema državama zapadne Europe.

Zbog ilegalnog prelaska državne granice osumnjičeni 22-godišnjak je prekršajno sankcioniran, dok je zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnje i prometa drogama, doveden pritvorskom nadzorniku - naglašavaju iz Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske.

Tijekom redovne kontrole prometa pločanski policajci pronašli su 55 kilograma marihuane u vozilu dubrovačkih registracijskih oznaka kojim je upravljao 22-godišnji crnogorski državljanin.

Policajci su na Jadranskoj magistrali u Rogotinu zaustavili automobil, a budući da se iz unutrašnjosti vozila osjetio miris marihuane i da se vozač u jednom trenutku pokušao naglo udaljiti, MUP-ovci su posumnjali na krijumčarenje droge, te je od Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku zatražen nalog za pretraživanje vozila Renault Megane Scenic.

- U prtljažniku vozila pronađeno je 50 paketa s ukupno 55 kilograma marihuane. Droga je uz potvrdu oduzeta, a vozač uhićen i doveden u prostorije policije na kriminalističko istraživanje.

Utvrđeno je kako je prethodne noći u Hrvatsku ušao ilegalno iz smjera Crne Gore, pješice preko brda Košare, nakon čega je unajmio vozilo kojim je drogu imao namjeru prevesti prema državama zapadne Europe.

Zbog ilegalnog prelaska državne granice osumnjičeni 22-godišnjak je prekršajno sankcioniran, dok je zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo neovlaštene proizvodnje i prometa drogama, doveden pritvorskom nadzorniku - naglašavaju iz Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske.

Crnogorac usred Dalmacije ‘pao‘ s vozilom punim marihuane, kako je s ovolikim teretom mislio proći do zapadne Europe?!

Tijekom redovne kontrole prometa pločanski policajci pronašli su 55 kilograma marihuane u vozilu dubrovačkih registracijskih oznaka kojim je upravljao 22-godišnji crnogorski državljanin.

Policajci su na Jadranskoj magistrali u Rogotinu zaustavili automobil, a budući da se iz unutrašnjosti vozila osjetio miris marihuane i da se vozač u jednom trenutku pokušao naglo udaljiti, MUP-ovci su posumnjali na krijumčarenje droge, te je od Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku zatražen nalog za pretraživanje vozila Renault Megane Scenic.

- U prtljažniku vozila pronađeno je 50 paketa s ukupno 55 kilograma marihuane. Droga je uz potvrdu oduzeta, a vozač uhićen i doveden u prostorije policije na kriminalističko istraživanje.

Utvrđeno je kako je prethodne noći u Hrvatsku ušao ilegalno iz smjer...
