Stručnjak za potresno inženjerstvo Mario Uroš, izvanredni profesor na zagrebačkom Građevinskom fakultetu i član Hrvatskog centra za potresno inženjerstvo, komentirao je razloge šokantnog urušavanja zgrada, čak i potpuno novih zgrada, u katastrofalnom potresu u Turskoj.

- Poklopilo se puno stvari. Potres je bio jako velik, po sadašnjim predviđanjima bio je i preko propisanog za to područje, što je iznimno veliko ubrzanje tla na toj lokaciji. Problem je i tipologija gradnje, koju mi ovdje nemamo, ti arimirano-betonski okviri koji su relativno loše izvedeni, a njima je problem i kontrola kvalitete gradnje. Čak kod njih propisi nisu toliki problem, nego što se ne poštuju propisi. Iznenadno rušenje zgrade, koje se svakako ne bi smjelo dogoditi, je zbog mekog kata gdje je prizemlje oslabljeno intervencijama u prostoru. U prizemlju gdje najviše volimo bušiti zidove da otvorimo prostor prema vani, oslabljujemo to prizemlje i onda jedna velika masa, jedna kutija stoji na nekakvim nogicama koja se vrlo lako može srušiti, i bez najave. Zato i ta rušenja zgrada u Turskoj izgledaju kao da su kontrolirana rušenja, nekakve detonacije – objašnjava Uroš.

Problem mekog kata spominje i stručnjak za potresno inženjerstvo Josip Atalić, profesor na Građevinskom fakultetu i koordinator pri Hrvatskom centru za potresno inženjerstvo.

- Veliki problem, što opet imamo i mi u Zagrebu i vi u Dubrovniku, su ta otvorena ili mekana prizemlja. Netko je radi komfora ili novaca otvorio veće otvore ili porušio zidove radi neke trgovine koja bi trebala tamo biti. Tako se jako oslabi prizemlje, a kad potres djeluje, jednostavno se gornja konstrukcija složi po tom prizemlju. Veliki broj slučajeva je bio zbog tog problema. S tim da oni imaju i problem s kvalitetom materijala, lošim pijeskom, od 2000. godine nisu uopće imali nikakav nadzor. Kad se sve zbroji, puno je tih elemenata i to se dogodi – kaže Atalić i dodaje:

- Rekonstrukcija objekata je rak rana, bila je i u Zagrebu i u Italiji i sada u Turskoj. To je jednostavno manjak svjesni o riziku od potresa ili žrtvovanje rizika radi nekog komfora ili zarade. U Zagrebu stoji kuća do kuće i ova koja je nepovoljno rekonstruirana je nastradala, druga stoji sasvim OK. Nemojte to čekati. Vlasnici objekata trebaju što prije, samoinicijativno, poduzimati mjere za poboljšanje otpornosti objekta ako imaju sredstva ili pokretati projekte na razini grada jer sa manjim mjerama mogu se učiniti velike stvari. Svaki potres je moždani ili srčani udar za zgradu. Treba djelovati na građane da probaju shvatiti koliko je to važno, to su ipak njihovi domovi. Da pitate ove u Turskoj sada bi rekli da im je to najvažnija stvar na svijetu a prije pet dana im je vjerojatno bila nisko na listi.

Stručnjak za potresno inženjerstvo Mario Uroš, izvanredni profesor na zagrebačkom Građevinskom fakultetu i član Hrvatskog centra za potresno inženjerstvo, komentirao je razloge šokantnog urušavanja zgrada, čak i potpuno novih zgrada, u katastrofalnom potresu u Turskoj.

- Poklopilo se puno stvari. Potres je bio jako velik, po sadašnjim predviđanjima bio je i preko propisanog za to područje, što je iznimno veliko ubrzanje tla na toj lokaciji. Problem je i tipologija gradnje, koju mi ovdje nemamo, ti arimirano-betonski okviri koji su relativno loše izvedeni, a njima je problem i kontrola kvalitete gradnje. Čak kod njih propisi nisu toliki problem, nego što se ne poštuju propisi. Iznenadno rušenje zgrade, koje se svakako ne bi smjelo dogoditi, je zbog mekog kata gdje je prizemlje oslabljeno intervencijama u prostoru. U prizemlju gdje najviše volimo bušiti zidove da otvorimo prostor prema vani, oslabljujemo to prizemlje i onda jedna velika masa, jedna kutija stoji na nekakvim nogicama koja se vrlo lako može srušiti, i bez najave. Zato i ta rušenja zgrada u Turskoj izgledaju kao da su kontrolirana rušenja, nekakve detonacije – objašnjava Uroš.

Problem mekog kata spominje i stručnjak za potresno inženjerstvo Josip Atalić, profesor na Građevinskom fakultetu i koordinator pri Hrvatskom centru za potresno inženjerstvo.

- Veliki problem, što opet imamo i mi u Zagrebu i vi u Dubrovniku, su ta otvorena ili mekana prizemlja. Netko je radi komfora ili novaca otvorio veće otvore ili porušio zidove radi neke trgovine koja bi trebala tamo biti. Tako se jako oslabi prizemlje, a kad potres djeluje, jednostavno se gornja konstrukcija složi po tom prizemlju. Veliki broj slučajeva je bio zbog tog problema. S tim da oni imaju i problem s kvalitetom materijala, lošim pijeskom, od 2000. godine nisu uopće imali nikakav nadzor. Kad se sve zbroji, puno je tih elemenata i to se dogodi – kaže Atalić i dodaje:

- Rekonstrukcija objekata je rak rana, bila je i u Zagrebu i u Italiji i sada u Turskoj. To je jednostavno manjak svjesni o riziku od potresa ili žrtvovanje rizika radi nekog komfora ili zarade. U Zagrebu stoji kuća do kuće i ova koja je nepovoljno rekonstruirana je nastradala, druga stoji sasvim OK. Nemojte to čekati. Vlasnici objekata trebaju što prije, samoinicijativno, poduzimati mjere za poboljšanje otpornosti objekta ako imaju sredstva ili pokretati projekte na razini grada jer sa manjim mjerama mogu se učiniti velike stvari. Svaki potres je moždani ili srčani udar za zgradu. Treba djelovati na građane da probaju shvatiti koliko je to važno, to su ipak njihovi domovi. Da pitate ove u Turskoj sada bi rekli da im je to najvažnija stvar na svijetu a prije pet dana im je vjerojatno bila nisko na listi.
